Before you go at Griffith Observatory

• Getting in is free. It is the parking that costs, and there is free parking further downhill if you do not mind the walk.
• Closed on Mondays. Tuesday to Friday it opens at noon, weekends at 10am, and it stays open until 10pm.
• The observatory itself says public transport is the easiest way up.
