Before you go at House of Blues Anaheim
- It's cashless inside — bar, food and tickets take cards or Apple/Google Pay only. There's a cash-to-card converter in the venue, dollar for dollar with no fee, if you turn up with bills.
- Park in the GardenWalk self-parking structure, which has entrances on Disney Way and Katella Ave; you can reach the venue from any level of the garage. It's capped by capacity, so don't cut it fine.
- Regular-size backpacks are refused. Small backpack-style purses get in, so anything bigger is best left in the car.
- The box office only opens on show days, an hour before doors — there's no picking tickets up earlier in the week. Every bag is searched on the way in.
- Carry ID that proves you meet the show's age limit; without it you're turned away and not refunded. At all-ages shows, anyone under 18 has to be with a parent or guardian.
