Formula DRIFT brings its 2026 season finale to Long Beach after dark. Round 8 of 8: Shoreline Showdown runs October 23-24 on an outdoor course in the lot adjacent to the Long Beach Arena, at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. This will be the first Formula DRIFT PRO Championship round in Long Beach scheduled as a standalone night event, with drivers competing under the lights. Before you go at Long Beach Arena
- Parking runs $15 a day with no in-and-out, so if you leave to grab dinner you pay again on the way back. Some events charge more.
- Keep the ticket you get at the garage entrance. You pay before you head back to the car, at one of the kiosks around the campus, or at the exit gate.
- Cash only works at a couple of kiosks, in the Convention Center Promenade Lobby and near the Arena box office. Everywhere else, and at the exit gate, it's card only.
- Which garage is open depends on what you're seeing: the Arena garage for arena events, the Terrace Theater garage for theater nights, plus the big main lot along Shoreline Drive. Tailgating isn't allowed in any of them.
- Driving in, the 710 south turns into Shoreline Drive. Follow it to Linden Avenue and the parking is right there.
