Before you go at American Cinematheque
- Neither theater has a lot and neither validates, so it's street parking. The Aero has meters on Montana Avenue; the Los Feliz 3 has a public lot behind it, entered off Russell Ave.
- Every seat is general admission and nothing is reserved, so where you sit comes down to when you turn up.
- Doors open about an hour before showtime at the Aero and 30 minutes before at the Los Feliz 3. You can't get in early, not even to use the restroom.
- Student and senior tickets aren't sold online — you have to buy them at the box office and show a student ID or a state ID.
- Online tickets carry a flat booking fee of $1.75 to $2.50 each. Buying at the theater skips it, though popular shows sell out first.
