This fall, the USC Dornsife Institute of Armenian Studies will welcome Khachig Tölölyan, one of the founding architects of modern diaspora studies, as its second Seminal Scholar-in-Residence. During his residency, Professor Tölölyan will present three public events at USC. The series will begin on Tuesday, October 13, with "Diasporic Futures: Thinking Nationally, Living Transnationally," an English-language lecture drawing on decades of scholarship to explore the evolving meanings of nation, diaspora, and transnational belonging.
