About this event
Puppy guardians! Looking for a safe and fun venue to socialize your new best friend? Join the training staff and fellow new puppy parents at Pasadena Humane's Puppy Playschool. This ongoing workshop welcomes vaccinated puppies who are over 8 weeks or under 16 weeks of age. Your puppy will be gently exposed to novel sights & sounds and our small sized playgroups are thoughtfully designed to help build your puppy's confidence gradually. Skilled trainers and volunteers educated in dog body language will be on hand to guide you and your pup to learn about healthy play & positive training…
Before you go at Pasadena Humane
- You can just turn up to meet the adoptable animals — there is no appointment system for adoptions.
- Every counter runs the same hours, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seven days a week, so there is no quiet weekday-only window to aim for.
- If you are coming in about a found animal, a lost pet, or pet support rather than to adopt, that is the Animal Resource Center and they want you to ring ahead on 626.792.7151 ext. 997.
- The Shelter Shop sits on the corner of Del Mar and Raymond, which is a different corner of the block from the main Raymond Avenue address.
