Join us for a fa-boo-lous day of happy hounds and craft brews while learning about pet adoption and more. From 11am-4pm, guests can meet adoptable pets from Pasadena Humane and purchase delicious bites and beer from food trucks and The Mt. Lowe Brewing Company. Pamper your pooch with a free dog portrait, visit info tables and vendors, and take your pup for a spook-tacular stroll through the garden. Dogs with an adventurous streak can try their paw at our agility course — no tricks required, just treats and a little howl-o-ween spirit! Don't forget to dress your pup in their Halloween best…
Before you go at Pasadena Humane
- You can just turn up to meet the adoptable animals — there is no appointment system for adoptions.
- Every counter runs the same hours, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seven days a week, so there is no quiet weekday-only window to aim for.
- If you are coming in about a found animal, a lost pet, or pet support rather than to adopt, that is the Animal Resource Center and they want you to ring ahead on 626.792.7151 ext. 997.
- The Shelter Shop sits on the corner of Del Mar and Raymond, which is a different corner of the block from the main Raymond Avenue address.
