About this event
Join us for a docent-led tour to explore Laguna Art Museum's newest exhibition, Kim Manfredi: View with a Grain of Sand, the newest installment in the Art + Nature initiative. Manfredi's work explores perception, landscape and the human desire to impose meaning on the natural world. Expect vibrant colors and bold shapes to illustrate the human relationship with the world around us. The tour will also include a tour of the exhibition, Latest & Greatest: New Work of the Laguna Art Museum. We hope you can join us for an art-filled morning! Transportation Members are responsible for their own…
Before you go at Sherman Library & Gardens
- Go in from Dahlia Avenue — the entrance has moved while work goes on in the gardens, and some areas are closed off with construction noise around.
- Admission is $12 for an adult and $5 for a child aged 4 to 17.
- Kids 3 and under are free, and you don't need to book a ticket for them at all.
- An admission ticket is good between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., so this is a daytime visit.
- The library gallery closes on and off for classes and private events — call or ask at the front desk that morning if that's what you came to see.
